PD-02 - Short Haul Powerline Modem
	The PD-02 system is primary intended for users that need to tunnel RS-232/RS485 data over the mains power line. No LONWORKS® knowledge is required of the user. A broad range of coupling circuits for PD-02 makes it possible to communicate on almost every copper medium, phase-neutral, phase-phase, shield-ground, 3 phase to ground etc. A system consists of one master unit and up to 254 slave units. A master unit may address a single slave unit or use broadcast to reach all units in the system. A slave unit can only send data to the master unit. The PD-Tool software is used for installing, configuring, updating and testing units in the PD-02 system.
